Executive Search is most often used filling senior/executive level vacancies which require an even more discreet and confidential approach. For those roles we are retained for our specialized skills and with limited distractions. We put all our necessary resources toward headhunting also passive candidates who might not be actively seeking current employment. In executive search superior candidates are usually sourced more quickly.
